What credit card does Expo Rent A Car Accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
What are the Age requirements for renting a car?
The renter has to be at least 20 years old and hold a valid Driver’s License.
Can I use another person’s credit card if I have their permission?
Yes, as long as the cardholder is present during the rental pick-up, with a valid photo ID.
Can I rent a car without a credit card?
Yes, you can. We accept cash / debit / Interac E-transfers / pre-paid credit cards as a deposit.
Can I rent a car for my road test?
Yes you can, please contact the local office at +1 604-726-6502 to book your car.
Is it possible to keep a vehicle for longer than I reserved it?
Please contact us on +1 604-726-6502 so we can accommodate your change in plans.
What should I do if I'm involved in a collision?
When a collision occurs, first call 911 if required; otherwise call our toll free number 1-800-391-6502 to make a claim. If another vehicle is involved, please get their driver’s licence information, registration information and photos of the scene.
Can I rent a car at any time outside business hours?
Yes, you can. Please contact us for more information.
Can I return the vehicle after-hours?
Yes, we have an overnight drop box. The staff will review the overnight drop-off procedure with you at the time of your rental. Please note that you are responsible for all and any damages to vehicles returned after office hours, until one of our representatives have visually inspected the vehicle during the following business day.
Can I drive the rental vehicle out of BC or to The United States?
You can drive the car out of BC and across the border to the United States with written consent from our office; an additional fee may apply.
Do you provide one-way rentals?
We do not offer one-way rentals at this time.
Do you provide child-safety seats and Navigation devices?
You may request for accessories while making your reservation.
Are all vehicles smoke-free?
All our vehicles are smoke-free. A fine of $300 will apply if a customer smokes inside the vehicle.
